OUR THEME FOR WORSHIP SUNDAY
How joyful are you feeling today? Perhaps you’re in a time of contentment and comfort, feeling joyful because your situation is relatively calm. Or, the opposite is true in your life, and joy seems the farthest thing from you. Pastor Mark keeps talking about Christmas Joy as if it is something you should have or get; but where is mine? Why has joy left me? When will it come back?

In today’s gospel reading, Mary teaches us an important thing about joy; true joy which lasts far beyond the elusive Christmas variety. This joy is for you also!
This service took place on the third Sunday in Advent, traditionally named Gaudete Sunday, because of it's joyful theme. Come be JOYFUL with us! Consider joining us for Adult Bible class at 9:15, when we will consider another promise God gives us through His prophet Isaiah: Joy for God's People.
