The Fifth Sunday of Easter

We're thankful you've come here to watch our service and to worship the one true God!
This was another exciting Sunday at Pilgrim Lutheran Church! Once again, we had lots of great activities going on, starting with our Adult Bible study at 9:15 am, then our 10:30 am Worship service. Afterward, we gathered for food and conversations, while the children enjoyed Sunday School. These classes are full of activities and teaching, so the children learn how much God loves them!

OUR THEME FOR WORSHIP
Each of us knows something of love, either given to others or received from them. We talk and think about love often, many times in rather trivial ways. We confuse love with other emotions. We often apply “love” to everything from pizza, to your friend’s shoes, to a pet gerbil. Even our best, most sacrificial love shown to another person is an incomplete image of perfect love. Yet, God gives His perfect love to us, and it abides in us forever!
